I just wanted to write and comment on your overall customer service.
First, of all the server companies I have dealt with, you guys are far and above the most down to earth and in tune with the customers. Every person I deal with, from management to sales has an outstanding attitude and wont stop working until they know that my needs are met.
You guys make it incredibly easy to get things working and I know that if I ever need help, all I have to do is post a ticket and (despite the UK/US time difference) I always get a reply much sooner than I ever expect, and its always to my liking.
We're very happy to keep our business with you and have suggested several people to you, and plan to continue to do so.
